What we collect

When you create an account we store your name and email from your sign-in provider, an account identifier, your fantasy teams and rosters, your answer history, and your answer balance. We also keep standard technical logs (IP address, device type) to run and protect the service.

Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple account identifier and the name and email you approve. If you use Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address Apple creates. We never see your Apple password.

Sign in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive a Google account identifier plus your name and email. We never see your Google password.

Sleeper connection

Connecting a Sleeper league is read-only. We fetch your league settings and roster from Sleeper's public API using the username you provide. We cannot make changes in your Sleeper league, and we do not receive Sleeper credentials.

AI processing

When you request an answer, your roster, league settings, and any details you typed are processed by our AI research provider to produce the answer. This data is not used to advertise to you.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Our purchase partner RevenueCat processes receipts so we can credit answers to your account.

Children's privacy

WaiverWiz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. The app does not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data instantly in the app (Account, Delete Account), or email us and we will do it for you. You can also request a copy of your data.

Data storage

Your data is stored with Cloudflare in the United States and with our hosting provider Vercel.
