Refund Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Answer packs are one-time consumable purchases processed entirely by the app store you bought them in: Apple for the iOS app, Google for the Android app. WaiverWiz never sees or stores your payment details, and all sales are final on our side.

Requesting a refund (App Store)

Because Apple processes the payment, refund requests go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the WaiverWiz purchase, and choose Request a refund. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies, usually within a day or two.

Requesting a refund (Google Play)

Google Play purchases follow Google's refund policies: within 48 hours of purchase, request the refund directly from Google at play.google.com/store/account (Order history, Request a refund). After 48 hours, email waiverwiz@appsthathelp.com and we will help sort it out.

Failed answers

You are never charged an answer for a failed request. If research fails for any reason, the answer is returned to your balance automatically.

Something wrong?

If a purchase did not credit correctly or anything else looks off, email waiverwiz@appsthathelp.com and we will make it right.
