• D'Andre Swift (RB, CHI) over MarShawn Lloyd (RB, GB). With Kyle Monangai potentially shaking off the rust after missing a few weeks of practice due to a knee injury, Swift should have control of the Chicago backfield against a defense that was relatively soft against running backs, while Green Bay's coordinator says its backfield is a running-back committee early against a Vikings front that allowed the fifth-fewest yards per rush to running backs.
• Jaxson Dart (QB, NYG) over Patrick Mahomes (QB, KC). Dart was a top-eight quarterback in fantasy points per game after stepping into the starting lineup last season and draws a Cowboys defense responsible for surrendering the most fantasy points to QBs last year, while Mahomes plays his first game back from a torn ACL behind a player making his NFL debut being tasked with protecting Mahomes' blind side against the Broncos, who led the NFL with 68 sacks last year.
• Jaylen Warren (RB, PIT) over Chuba Hubbard (RB, CAR). Warren led all qualified running backs with a 34.7 percent missed tackle rate on his 251 touches last season, while Hubbard missed the preseason with a hamstring injury and only just returned to practice last week.

Sit

• Jeremiyah Love (RB, ARI). He was LIMITED on Wednesday's report, and even if Love receives clearance Sunday, Arizona could choose to manage his workload considering the nature of the injury and his limited practice time.
• Courtland Sutton (WR, MIA). Sutton is less likely to avoid promising rookie CB Mansoor Delane, and he is far more reliant on a chunk gain or touchdown for a decent fantasy performance.

Flex of the Week

Tyler Allgeier (RB, ARI) is the widely available play with Love hobbled: even playing behind Bijan Robinson, Allgeier found a way to score eight touchdowns last season, and if Love can't suit up in the opener, Allgeier will be a fringe low-end fantasy RB2.
